FLE Packing Plant Operation

To manage day-to-day production and process operations on the shop floor, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-oriented manufacturing in line with plant targets and standard operating procedures (SOPs).· Supervise and control daily production activities during the assigned shift.
· Ensure that production targets (quantity and quality) are met as per schedule.
· Monitor equipment performance and process parameters through DCS/field instruments.
· Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and utility departments for smooth operations.
· Analyze process data to identify abnormalities and take corrective action.
· Maintain process discipline and ensure adherence to SOPs and process standards.
· Support process optimization and yield improvement initiatives.
· Report any deviations in quality or process to the section head immediately.
· Ensure all operations comply with safety and environmental regulations.
