Lifemark Workplace Health & Wellness is hiring a FLEC Coach to support proactive injury prevention efforts in industrial environments. The FLEC Coach will be embedded on-site, providing real-time coaching, education, and support to reduce the risk of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs). The FLEC Coach collaborates directly with employees, supervisors, and safety teams to foster a prevention-focused culture through real-time observations, functional education, and data-driven strategies.
