What You’ll Do

You’ll be the key link between Michelin and our service provider network, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across your territory. Key responsibilities:

  • Implement local service delivery strategy & ensure network coverage.
  • Onboard / manage service providers, contracts & technical capabilities.
  • Maintain network quality & sustainability standards; audit compliance.
  • Oversee contracts, payments & service timelines.
  • Monitor provider performance & implement corrective actions.
  • Assess operational, financial & environmental performance.
  • Train providers on Michelin standards / offers.
  • Analyze technical reports & manage compensation claims.
  • Expand network by prospecting new installation locations.
