The Role:

• Coordinate daily deliveries, collections, and vehicle allocations across our VIC operations.
• Manage asset allocation, labour planning, and transport requests for key client accounts.
• Ensure deliveries are safe, timely, and cost-effective while maximising trailer utilisation.
• Collaborate with the Operations team and customers to uphold high customer service standards.
• Monitor driver schedules and ensure compliance with fatigue management regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and internal communications.
