Reporting to Operations Manager, the position includes the following responsibilities: 

  • Effective & efficient planning and scheduling of pickups & deliveries to meet required delivery dates. 
  • Monitoring and supporting activities of drivers and standard of vehicles to ensure SCT and customer expectation are achieved.
  • Ensure all Drivers are compliant regarding fatigue management, vehicle defect reports and relevant legislative requirements.
  • Allocation of drivers for scheduled pickups.
  • Allocating Loscam, CHEP freight pallets for delivery & recording of such details to ensure compliance with traceability for reconciliation purposes.
  • Finalisation of the Fleet utilisation spreadsheet is to be completed daily
  • The DNDO screen is to be updated daily to accurately reflect the position of every sales order
