Job Description
We are looking for a Fleet Assistant to join our team in a busy, multi-franchise car dealership with an immediate start.
You will receive on the job training, great working hours and potential opportunity for career progression.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with Customers at vehicle handover
- Explaining the features and functions of vehicles
- Basic preparation of vehicles before their transport to Clients
- General administration duties as required
- Diary management and organization
Qualifications
- Good attention to detail
- Great time management skills
- Ability to absorb information & multitask
- Previous experience with Microsoft Outlook and preferably Microsoft Excel
- Works well under pressure
- Team player
- Excellent verbal and written correspondence
- Valid Australian Drivers’ Licence (Manual preferred)
