Job Description

We are looking for a Fleet Assistant to join our team in a busy, multi-franchise car dealership with an immediate start.

You will receive on the job training, great working hours and potential opportunity for career progression.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with Customers at vehicle handover
  • Explaining the features and functions of vehicles
  • Basic preparation of vehicles before their transport to Clients
  • General administration duties as required
  • Diary management and organization

Qualifications

  • Good attention to detail
  • Great time management skills
  • Ability to absorb information & multitask
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Outlook and preferably Microsoft Excel
  • Works well under pressure
  • Team player
  • Excellent verbal and written correspondence
  • Valid Australian Drivers’ Licence (Manual preferred)
