• Optimize routes for cost efficiency, delivery speed, and product integrity, particularly for temperature-sensitive goods.
• Monitor real-time vehicle movements and provide delivery status updates.

Driver & Fleet Management

• Assign delivery tasks to drivers and ensure vehicle readiness.
• Track driver performance and compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for company vehicles.

Logistics Communication

• Liaise with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure accurate order dispatching and load planning.
