- Contacting vendors to get status of Purchase Orders that will be arriving in the next 90 days
- Issue Purchase Orders for new equipment purposes
- Maintain equipment documentation (i.e. equipment numbers) upon receipt by branch
- Provide support to booking logistics for shipping
- Assist in non-rental fleet compliance and documentation maintenance
- Work with Accounts Payable to resolve invoicing issues
- Create sales & release documentation
- Coordinate consolidation and de-fleeting of units with regional operations
