Overview

Fleet Coordinator, Zapti Dubbo Westhaven – Dubbo, Australia. This part-time role (30 hours per week) is within the Zapti team in Dubbo and is responsible for managing the Westhaven vehicle fleet. The role offers the opportunity to use communication and organisational skills to ensure quality transportation services for our participants.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a fleet of over 100 vehicles across the Central West.
• Oversee efficient booking, servicing, and registration of vehicles.
• Communicate and plan with Service Delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support external contractors and suppliers with negotiation skills as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment .
