As Fleet Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring Danone safety and quality standards in fleet maintenance operations. Oversees daily maintenance, manages fleet availability, monitors performance, and controls costs. Tracks repairs, audits compliance, and leads team development to maintain optimal fleet efficiency.

About You

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement Danone Safety Standards in all fleet maintenance workshops.
  • Ensure all trucks comply with theQuality KPI framework.
  • Develop and enforce standard operational procedures for workshops.
  • Review daily fleet maintenance operations for vehicles in the designated region, ensuring trucks are maintained within approved cost parameters and aligned with DANONE safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor repair requests and completion rates by branch.
  • Track trucks’ daily operational status and condition in the market.
  • Manage fleet availability to meet distribution requirements.
  • Analyze maintenance costs and recommend strategies for fleet utilization and replacement.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of fleet equipment and track usage.
  • Conduct performance reviews for the team, identifying development areas and training needs.
  • Participate in internal and external audits (safety, quality, technical) and ensure timely closure of action plans.

    • To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years in fleet maintenance.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office & Outlook).
