Overview

The Fleet Insurance Coordinator supports the daily administration of insurance activities for the company’s fleet, including 2-wheel (2W) and 4-wheel (4W) vehicles. The role assists in managing insurance policies, processing claims, coordinating with insurance providers, and maintaining updated and accurate documentation. The Fleet Insurance Coordinator helps ensure timely claim resolution, continuous policy coverage, and overall risk reduction within fleet operations.

Responsibilities

Insurance Administration

  • Assist in managing insurance policy requirements such as renewals, endorsements, and coverage updates.
  • Maintain organized and updated insurance records for all fleet vehicles.
