Fleet Maintenance Manager

Western Power is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fleet Maintenance Manager to join our Property and Fleet Solutions team on a permanent basis, based at our South Metro Depot in Forrestdale. About the Role

• Lead Western Power’s dedicated Fleet Maintenance area of 80 staff across seven Fleet Workshops, overseeing Fleet Maintenance operations from Geraldton to Albany.
• Manage all aspects of Western Power’s Fleet Workshops, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance of heavy fleet vehicles, plant and equipment.
• Coordinate emergency breakdown and recovery services, supporting reliable fleet operations for all Western Power employees.
