**Responsibilities**:
- Managing fleet partnerships, including negotiations, contracting, and operational control of the projects
- Together with the HQ team developing and implementing fleet partnerships strategy in the region
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitoring key performance metrics of partners drivers and working closely with them to drive improvements
- Building relations with third-party vendors including OEMs, dealers, banks, service stations, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development
- 5+ years of overall professional experience
- Proficient in English
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in the ride-hailing, leasing, or fleet business is preferable
