<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Key responsibilities</span></span></b></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and personnel updates in Workday for mariners and international hires. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Maintain system access controls, including USB permissions, DOA (Delegation of Authority) limits, and 3PC (3rd Party Compliance) access assignments. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Support expense report processing and liaise on tax compliance issues for expatriates. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Collaborate with team leads to identify and resolve administrative bottlenecks. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Assist in optimizing workflows as team structures evolve. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Provide backup support for strategic Manning and Leaning & Development (L&D) initiatives as needed. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Maintain and update distribution lists for Learning and Development Officer (LDO), Training, and Officer Development Program (ODP) stakeholders. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Manage SharePoint sites for Manning, L&D, and ODP, ensuring secure access and proper organization of program materials. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Coordinate badge and computer requests for new hires and ODP participants. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Create and distribute ODP schedules; communicate with stakeholders across locations. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Draft ODP letters detailing program expectations and contact information. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Support in preparing immigration letters for business visa support. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Facilitate Supervisor Skills Assimilation sessions and Diversity Equity and Inclusion. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Record and track promotion criteria and feedback for ODP candidates. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Serve as the primary contact for Vessel Management Team (VMT) and officers regarding training access and issues onboard. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Maintain the Training Matrix and COMPASS Critical Competencies, ensuring proper assignment by rank in the Ocean Learning Platform (OLP). </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Manage vendor accounts and training assignments for Safebridge (ECDIS) and Intoximeters (BAT) modules. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Record completions of training done outside OLP and update officer records accordingly.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Liaise with Corp Compliance and IT to coordinate new training needs and resolve platform issues.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p>Interested can contact 9082169379 OR email resume to [email protected]</p> <p> </p>
