Responsibilities

1.Business Development: Expand and manage the fleet sales business by identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.

2.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

3.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with major customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

4.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with delivery, after-sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of all processes.

5.Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Responsible for expanding and managing the sales business of the fleet, developing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with major customers, achieving sales goals, and coordinating delivery, after-sales, and financial processes.
