Fleet Services Senior Supervisor

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The Fleet Services Senior Supervisor oversees the daily maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of the company’s fleet. This role is responsible for supervising routine vehicle servicing, coordinating repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate fleet records to ensure efficient and cost-effective fleet operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily fleet maintenance and repair activities, including preventive maintenance, inspections, and corrective repairs.
• Coordinate and schedule servicing of company vehicles such as trucks, reefer vans, shuttles, and motorcycles to minimize downtime.
• Monitor vehicle condition, service intervals, and repair status, ensuring timely completion of maintenance works.
