Key Responsibilities:

1.Supervise the daily operations of a large fleet, ensuring efficient vehicle utilization and availability.

2.Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for Euro 5 vehicles to reduce downtime and extend vehicle life.

3.Monitor vehicle performance and usage through tracking systems, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

4.Coordinate with workshops, vendors, and internal departments for repairs, inspections, and compliance.

5.Ensure strict adherence to UAE traffic regulations and company policies.

6.Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, licensing, insurance, and service history.

7.Conduct regular inspections and audits of fleet assets to ensure roadworthiness and compliance.

8.Train and monitor drivers on proper usage, safety, and company protocols.

9.Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies involving fleet vehicles.
