- Set up steel-rule dies on Hytron equipment for die cut operations
- Set up hard tool dies on pneumatically controlled kick presses for punch operations
- Locate and complete production control worksheets for punch and die cut jobs
- Operate Excellon machines for drilling and routing of materials
- Perform precise measurements to ensure product conformance using specialized tools
- Document measurements, trends, and update production control worksheets
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to department lead
- Perform daily and weekly preventative maintenance as specified
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision
