Circet UK is looking for a dedicated and experienced FlexSupervisor to oversee the daily execution of fibre optic network build projects across the UK. This is a crucial field-based role focused on driving a safety‑first culture, ensuring compliance, and delivering quality work on time and to specification.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead by example in promoting a robust Health & Safety culture across all sites
  • Deliver daily briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure full PPE and training compliance
  • Conduct safety and quality audits, address issues promptly, and report incidents
  • Supervise civil and fibre works: trenching, ducting, cable blowing, splicing, testing
