**Job Title: Flex Tooling Associate**
**Location: New Bedford, MA**
The Flex Tooling Associate is responsible for performing a variety of technical tasks throughout the cup manufacturing process. This role supports production by preparing materials, machining and inspecting components, and ensuring tooling meets quality and operational standards. The Flex Tooling Associate works independently and collaboratively to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality output.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Hob cups for experimental and production cavities.
+ Prepare cup blanks for the hobbing process.
+ Perform visual and mechanical inspection of incoming and outgoing cavities.
+ Cut raw materials for use in machining processes.
+ Deliver finished cavities and parts to various ball plants and other facilities as required.
