Flexcube Operations Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Flexcube Operations Specialist to manage and support the day-to-day operations of the Oracle Flexcube Core Banking System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system monitoring, issue resolution, user management, and ensuring smooth banking operations while working closely with IT, infrastructure, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Flexcube System Operations & Monitoring

• Ensure the smooth functioning of Oracle Flexcube by monitoring system performance and resolving operational issues.
• Handle EOD (End-of-Day) / EOM (End-of-Month) processing, batch jobs, and reconciliations.
• Troubleshoot Flexcube application, database, and interface-related issues.
• Perform data extractions, queries, and reporting as required by business teams.
• Work on automation of operational tasks to improve system efficiency.
