Job Description

1.The Position:

– Flexgigzz is looking for a Sales and Community Relations Coordinator to manage the Flexgigzz’s Freelancer department and In-charge of Freelancer division related issues.

– The Key Sales and Community Relations Coordinator is professionals who respond to and moderate issues on the platform.

– As a Sales and Community Relations Coordinator, you will build strong relationships or solve complicated problems.

2.Responsibilities:

– Act as point of contact for Freelancer related crisis escalations that impact Flexgigzz’s community and reputation.

– Interact with Freelancer on a daily basis, responding to their questions about the payments, products, or concerns and guiding them to the appropriate service.

– Find new clients, and develop new strategies for customer retention activities.

– Promoting products or services through digital platforms to Freelancer agencies/platform related.

– Make a report on a daily basis and other duties as assigned.

3.Requirements:

– Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing / Sales / eCommerce with at least 1 year of business partnering experience.

– Fluent in English.

– Degree in Business Administration / Sales field preferred.

– Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, empathy, ability to solve problems, and ability to handle rejection.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, and able to create innovative marketing campaigns.

– Understanding of sales process/collaboration, and recruitment skills.

– Have a laptop and internet connection.
