The Flexible Benefits Administrator (Fixed Term) supports the Rewards Officer in managing and processing transactions related to the Flexible Benefits (FlexBen) program. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely administration of employee benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in compiling headcount data essential for FlexBen program administration
  • Support the processing of FlexBen transactions, including cost accruals, allocations, payroll entries, and adjustments due to employee movements (e.g., resignations)
  • Review termination worksheets from the FlexBen vendor and complete clearance workflows for resigning employees
  • Participate in monthly reconciliation of FlexBen accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
