Job Title: Production Associate

Responsibilities

  • Assist with material, option, mold, and version changes.
  • Perform nozzle preparation, including cleaning, testing, and assembling nozzles and nozzle blocks.
  • Clean presses and press areas as needed.
  • Participate in safety and communication meetings as scheduled.
  • Provide production support, vacation coverage, and overtime changeover support.
  • Fill in for Relief Operators and Production Operators as needed.
  • Conduct daily checks and audits of process systems, including mold pre-stage checks, water line checks, 5S audits, and Daily Equipment Checks (DEC).
  • Assist technical team members with preventive maintenance on injection molding tools and equipment.
