Flight Controls Systems Engineer Intern

Overview We are seeking a full-time Flight Controls Systems Engineering Intern within our Aviation Systems Engineering Team in our Olathe, KS location. In this role, you will be responsible for learning and training to support successful conception, development, and/or application of sophisticated flight controls and avionics systems by creating, gathering, and documenting cohesive customer and regulatory requirements, supporting system level designs and subsequent installation and certification in aircraft, and assuring system compliance to all requirements, including quantitative compliance with robustness needs.
