Flight Deck Leader

Job Description Summary

The Brisbane FLIGHT DECK (Lean) Leader will partner with Site Leadership to lead the team(s) through site-wide lean transformation. The approach will include leading model efforts for business Hoshin Kanri (strategy deployment), facilitating problem‑solving activities, Value Stream Analysis, and Kaizen events. Coach and develop team members as required for Daily Management, 5S, Standardized Work, and other FLIGHT DECK fundamentals, as needed. Activities will be focused on improving our business‑defined True North Metrics for Safety, Quality, Customer Delivery, and Cost.
