**Job Description Summary**
The Brisbane shop has been on an exciting lean transformation journey over the last few years! The Lean site leader will play an integral role in executing the sites’ lean transformation strategy to achieving our SQDC goals. This role will partner with the organization leadership team at all levels of the facility to teach & build knowledge of FLIGHT DECK tools and behaviors that will directly impact product flow and process improvements to deliver lead time reductions and maximize cash flow, and act as a coach for the site to continue to improve our lean culture.
