**Job Description Summary**
As FLIGHT DECK Leader Prague you will be accountable for leading the Lean transformation of Avio Aero Prague, under the guidelines of GE Aerospace and within the broader scope of Propulsion Aerospace Technologies, and with great focus on a overall engine maker site.
You will define the guidelines and the operating procedures to orchestrate Lean deployment with all the Avio Aero functions and their relevant Lean leaders and cross functional leaders the Lean effort in Prague along main processes in order to making them more efficient and fast.
You will map out the current status of the Transformation and will define “to be” state, developing effective development plans, coaching and nurturing a community of learners and practitioners. This person will be an outstanding coach for his/her peers and up to the Avio Aero Senior Leadership Level, representing a recognized leader at all levels of the Organization.
