Junior Flight Dispatcher Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Flight Dispatcher. This role involves supporting the daily training flights for student pilots, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

As a Junior Flight Dispatcher, you'll work closely with instructors, maintenance teams, and operations staff to plan and coordinate flight schedules. You'll be responsible for checking weather conditions, airport status, and flight timing to ensure safe takeoffs and landings.
