<p><b>Role Overview:</b><br/><br/>We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to directly drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion. This is an individual contributor role focused on end-to-end sales execution.<br/><br/>- Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in the corporate and commercial real estate space.<br/><br/>- Independently manage the sales lifecycle - from pitching, proposal preparation, negotiations, to deal closure.<br/><br/>- Develop a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, research, industry events, and cold outreach.<br/><br/>- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.<br/><br/>- Prepare customized sales presentations and proposals using FlipSpaces' technology platform and service offerings.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.<br/><br/>- Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue targets as set by management.<br/><br/>- Track, report, and forecast sales activities using CRM systems.<br/><br/>- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.<br/><br/><b>Educational Qualifications:</b><br/><br/>- Postgraduate degree/diploma in Marketing / Business Management preferred.<br/><br/>- Strong academic record throughout education.<br/><br/><b>Work Experience:</b><br/><br/>- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales / real estate solutions / interior design solutions / corporate sales.<br/><br/>- Proven track record of independently closing high-value deals.<br/><br/>- Experience in working with channel partners and corporate clients preferred.<br/><br/><b>Functional Knowledge & Technical Ability:</b><br/><br/>- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead lifecycle management, and deal structuring.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools.<br/><br/><b>Behavioural Characteristics:</b><br/><br/>- High self-motivation with strong sales orientation.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.<br/><br/>- Strong relationship-building and client-handling capabilities.<br/><br/>- Flexibility to adapt and succeed in dynamic business environments.</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
