**Job Overview**
Ebenezer is looking for a **Float Chef** to join our corporate float team! This position is responsible for floating to different Ebenezer locations to fulfill Chef vacancies ensuring that meals are prepared and presented in accordance with applicable regulations and customer expectations.
This nutrition schedule includes;
+ 80 hours every two weeks
+ Full time; Day/Early evening shifts - **10 hour shifts**
+ Includes every other weekend with variable weekdays
**Responsibilities:**
+ Maintains float schedule and supports on-site dining staff:
+ Fills in for chef vacancies at various Ebenezer locations.
+ Conducts regular site kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health & sanitation.
+ Mentors chefs.
