The Phlebotomist will work in a back-office environment, engaging with 10-20 patients per day. This medium-paced setting demands hands-on involvement in various tasks, ranging from blood draws to comprehensive processing.

Responsibilities
  • Perform venipuncture procedures and blood draws.
  • Collect specimens and ensure their proper handling.
  • Spin and centrifuge specimens as required.
  • Freeze or send out samples for further analysis.
  • Update patient charts and perform data entry.
  • Verify billing and insurance information.
    • Essential Skills
  • Completed Phlebotomy schooling.
  • 1+ years of experience in phlebotomy, particularly in processing samples.
  • Proficiency in performing blood draws and venipuncture.
  • Ability to verify billing and insurance information.

  • Phlebotomy Certification is advantageous.
