**Job Overview**
Ebenezer is looking for a **Float Resident Assistant** to join our corporate float team with the Ebenezer Corporate Office! This position floats to assigned Ebenezer Assisted Living communities to provide personal care and designated health-related services to enhance and/or maintain the residents' physical and emotional wellbeing.
This caregiver schedule includes;
+ On Call/Casual
+ Day, Evening and Overnight (NOC) shifts available
+ To maintain Casual status, employees must be willing to be available to work a minimum of three (3) shifts per month (two shifts must be weekend shifts) and one (1) Holiday shift per year. The weekend starts with the beginning of the night shift on Friday and ends with the beginning of the night shift on Sunday.
