Floating Foundations Engineer

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Floating Foundation Specialist is to provide technical expertise in the development and implementation of floating offshore foundation solutions for wind turbines. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, engineer, and commission these structures from conceptualization to operational deployment.

•   Support the definition of technical solutions for floating foundations by managing contracts with external suppliers, performing sizing estimates, preparing tenders, and technology monitoring.


•   Collaborate with other Technical Areas to define suitable floating foundations for early phase projects.


•   Manage/support the management of floating foundation structural design studies covering all phases from preliminary conceptual design to detailed design.
