Elements Massage is seeking a hands-on, energetic, and inspiring leader to join our team as a Floating Studio Manager. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who thrives in a people-focused, customer-service-driven environment. This individual will float between 3 Columbus studios (Dublin, Hilliard, and Easton) to assist with daily operations and ensure an exceptional client experience when other studio managers are not available. They will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training as needed for these locations.
We are looking for someone who is not only motivated and self-driven, but also passionate about wellness and creating a positive, team-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities:
