Job Description
Position Summary: Oversees daily front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth service flow and staff coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise service crew during shifts
- Ensure tables are properly set and dining area is clean
- Greet and assist guests when needed
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
- Assign duties and manage staff schedules on shift
- Ensure compliance with service standards and policies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle customer concerns
- Food Handler Certificate is an added advantage
