Job Description

Position Summary: Oversees daily front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth service flow and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise service crew during shifts
  • Ensure tables are properly set and dining area is clean
  • Greet and assist guests when needed
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
  • Assign duties and manage staff schedules on shift
  • Ensure compliance with service standards and policies

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer concerns
  • Food Handler Certificate is an added advantage
