Job Description
Reporting to the General or Department Manager, Floor Hosts play a key role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. As front-line team members, they are expected to deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests, while actively supporting the overall safety and well-being of both customers and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Greet each guest politely;
- Inspect each piece of ID according to Canad Inns policy;
- Follow all LGCA guidelines and regulations;
- Notify the General Manager immediately of serious situations;
- Record any confiscated ID and submit incident or other reports as required;
- Resolve disputes and situations as quickly and quietly as possible;
- Should an accident occur render First Aid or CPR as required;
- Take names and contact information for witnesses, in the event of an incident or dispute.
- Use professionalism on the portable radio.
