We have an opportunity for a qualified Floor Layer to join a responsive maintenance contract with a social housing provider based in the London Borough of Ealing. In this role, you'll provide essential reactive maintenance services to residents as part of a social housing contract, contributing to the maintenance of safe and comfortable homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Fitting all types of flooring including laminate, poly-safe, altro, and cap and cove in both occupied and void properties.
  • Using a handheld PDA device to receive job instructions, update progress, and record materials used.
