What will you do? 

  • Managing office supplies and keeping a track for the same 
  • Managing the accommodation facility for the employees
  • Taking care for the upcoming events within our workplace
  • Coordinating with the Vendors and dealing with the Office Maintenance Staff
  • ProfilE 

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources to meet organisational needs
  • Make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Supervise and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organised and efficient work environment
  • Office supplies are made available to trainees and employees
  • Should be able to maintain calendars for multiple events in the organisation
  • MUST Have 

  • Bachelor Degree/Masters with 2+ years of experience in relevant profile 
  • Advance level Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Manage general departmental administrative activities
  •  NICE TO HAVE 

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, with a track record of successful office management
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Broad understanding of executive administrative practices and processes
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
