- Responsibility for Retailer & Customer Satisfaction Index.
- Implementing process for complaint handling and reducing the complaint down time.
- Co-ordination with departments of Management to ensure smooth operations.
- Daily Mall Report, Cruise, Parking, Help Desk & Smile Centre.
- Need to provide quality services for day to day operations and ensuring smooth operations with the help of Soft Services, ERT, Security & engineering team.
- Providing important technical inputs to projects team from operations point of view to ensure maximum feasibility in the mall.
- Provide support to tenants during their fit out period and ensure all the deposits are received before they go operational, also ensure that retailers are adhering to the fit out manual.
