Job Description
As a Floor Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will play a key role in driving an exceptional retail experience on the shop floor. You’ll support the day-to-day running of the store, ensure strong retail standards, and help lead the team to deliver great results. Working closely with the Store Manager and wider management team, you’ll bring energy, structure and consistency to the sales floor while upholding the brand’s values.
Key parts of the role:
Support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities across the retail floor
Lead by example on the shop floor, driving daily and weekly sales targets to improve overall store performance
Monitor KPIs and team performance by running reports and updating the Store Manager on action plans
Maintain smooth store operations including stock flow, delivery handling, retail standards, admin duties and rota support
