Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is partnering with a dynamic law firm to recruit a Florida-Barred Insurance Defense Attorney. This is a full-time, indefinite contract opportunity, with potential for permanent placement.
Position DetailsStart Date: ASAP Duration: Indefinite (potential for permanent placement) Hours: 40/week Location: Remote – based in Florida, ideally Tampa Metro area Compensation: $60-75/hr
Position DescriptionClient is seeking an attorney with at least 3+ years of experience handling insurance defense matters from inception to trial. Candidates must be experienced with conducting discovery, depositions, mediations, drafting and arguing motions, etc. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment. Trial experience is a plus. License to practice law in any Florida, active and in good standing, is required
