Designation : Manager

•   Develop and guide the team for cost-effective process development through flow chemistry.


•   Support to Business case preparation for Management Approval before taking any molecule in Flow/Continuous Chemistry.


•   Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.


•   Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


•   Develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.


•   Communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, and customers both verbally and in writing. 


•   Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.


•   Work with all safety precautions and under safe conditions in all concerned areas.


•   Follow all applicable GMP and HSE guidelines, internal and external requirements as well as promote the implementation and maintenance of Aarti´s policies, systems and procedures.


•   Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions, and to comply with environmental, health & safety rules/procedures, regulations and codes of practice.


•  To recommend the leave for the officers, trainee officers.


•  To recommend for RM, lab equipments, glasswares, and chemicals requisitions.  


•  To conduct training sessions in the laboratory
