Experience
5–8 years of overall mobile application development experience
3–5+ years of hands‑on Flutter development , specifically with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
Strong hands‑on experience with BLE and GATT :
Services, characteristics, descriptors
Notifications and indications
Solid knowledge of Dart & Flutter fundamentals :
Widgets, layouts, async/await, streams, isolates
State management experience :
Bloc (Mandatory)
Provider / Riverpod
Experience with Flutter BLE libraries:
flutter_blue_plus
reactive_ble
flutter_reactive_ble
Custom platform channels (Android/i OS)
Experience with:
OTA firmware updates
Data framing and binary payload handling
Strong understanding of:
BLE permissions
Background modes
Battery optimization
Android & i OS platform constraints
