Flutter Development Lead

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in mobile app development, with strong foundation in native Android/iOS concepts.
- 5+ years hands-on experience in Flutter/Dart , including building large-scale production apps.
- Strong command of state management patterns (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, MobX, Redux).
- Expertise integrating and customizing video players on Flutter (ExoPlayer/AVPlayer bridging, custom plugins).
- Hands-on experience with HLS, DASH, DRM frameworks , subtitle formats (SRT, WebVTT), and adaptive streaming.
- Deep understanding of mobile performance optimization, memory profiling, app startup time, and concurrency.
