Job Description
Have you considered starting the year by becoming part of the founding team of a new International Technology Hub in Málaga?
We are looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to join directly as a technology partner for a leading American multinational in the luxury travel & lifestyle sector. An iconic brand and global benchmark in premium travel and exclusive experiences, now building its new European technology hub from scratch in Málaga.
You will join a long-term strategic project from the very beginning, building modern, scalable, product-oriented architectures with a genuine obsession for UX, performance, and detail. You will have the opportunity to grow in an international environment within a project that sets the standard for premium travel, lifestyle, and experiences worldwide, with millions of users, very high visual standards (4K, motion, micro-interactions), and a strong focus on quality, design, and performance across both web and mobile.
We want to meet you!
Your impact on the project:
- Design, develop, and evolve key features of a cross-platform mobile application in Flutter 3.x, with a strong focus on UX, performance, and visual quality.
- Translate Figma / Sketch designs into reusable, scalable, high-performance components, contributing technical judgment and product sensibility.
- Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, including secure identity and authentication flows based on OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect.
- Optimize performance, memory usage, and response times to ensure a premium experience across different devices.
- Work with animations, motion, and micro-interactions (Lottie, Rive, or other libraries) to elevate the product’s visual experience.
- Collaborate on integrating Flutter modules into native iOS and Android applications, depending on product needs.
- Participate in the implementation of analytics and experimentation (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Snowplow), helping drive data-informed decisions.
- Contribute to features related to subscription models, paywalls, and entitlement systems.
- Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests, ensuring production stability.
- Collaborate on the evolution of CI/CD pipelines and frequent, reliable release processes.
- Actively participate in technical decisions, architectural improvement proposals, and—if you’re motivated—team mentorship and growth.
What can we offer you?
- Permanent contract in a stable, strategic project.
- Hybrid model: on-site Monday to Thursday, remote on Fridays.
- Office in the center of Málaga (residency in the city required).
- Flexible working hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00–18:00, Friday 9:00–15:00.
- Real professional growth in an international, high-level technical environment.
- Competitive salary open to negotiation based on experience.
