FM Associate

Responsibilities

• Report to the Chief Engineer and/or Engineering & Sustainability Manager.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
• Be the central point of contact for the programs/projects managed. Communicate effectively to engage with internal and external stakeholders and provide synthesized and clear recommendations to management on risk management (project target, progress, etc) and escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team.
• Manage a team of technical officers, technicians, and vendors.
• Participate and support Asset Enhancement Initiatives.
• Schedule maintenance activities for Mechanical System, P&S, Fire Protection System, Public Announcement (PA) System and keep track of maintenance works with follow up actions for equipment such as Fire Pumps, Fire Alarms Panels, Sprinkler Pumps, Hydrant Pipe (Wet & Dry), Hydrant Pumps, Smoke Detectors, Frame Detectors, Smoke Extraction...
