Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise multiple client sites and AV FM teams
  • Plan manpower deployment, duty rosters, and work schedules
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance, corrective works, and ad-hoc services
  • Monitor job progress and ensure timely service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to manage service expectations

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management, AV services, or a related field
  • Experience managing multiple sites and leading service teams
  • Good technical knowledge of AV or FM systems
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
