Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise multiple client sites and AV FM teams
- Plan manpower deployment, duty rosters, and work schedules
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, corrective works, and ad-hoc services
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely service delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to manage service expectations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management, AV services, or a related field
- Experience managing multiple sites and leading service teams
- Good technical knowledge of AV or FM systems
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
