Job Description
- Implement Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document business processes and requirements.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to meet business needs.
- Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Create and maintain documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay updated on new features and functionalities of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations through continuous learning.
