Job Description

  • Implement Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions tailored to business requirements.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document business processes and requirements.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to meet business needs.
  • Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Create and maintain documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Stay updated on new features and functionalities of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations through continuous learning.
