Job Title: D365 Finance and Operations Technical Architect

Role Overview:

As a D365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Technical Architect, He will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. You will lead the technical delivery of ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Microsoft best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end technical solution architecture. Also lead end to end implementation of D365 F&O across, supply chain and warehousing implementation
• Own solution architecture, making key design decisions and ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Conduct fit/gap analysis and prepare the solution.
• Ensure solution cohesion and correctness across integrations and environments.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems architecture.
• Lead technical/solution workshops and requirements sessions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on development, integration, and support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support testing activities.
• Set up and manage Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Oversee environment strategy, setup, and maintenance.
• Deliver consultancy and training to clients and internal teams.
• Guide junior architects and developers.
• Conduct technical interviews and define team training needs.
• Guide on reporting architecture and should have knowledge of Data Lake and ADLS
• Prepare integration architectures and align with customers enterprise architecture

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O.
• Strong understanding of D365 technical capabilities and infrastructure.
• Experience with integrations, customizations, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in X++, .NET, Azure services, and Power Platform.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Technical Consultant Associate or equivalent.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Added Advantage – if worked on any advanced warehouse management implementation
